Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all services availed through Buzyro’s website or offline (Company Formation, GST/ESI/PF registration, tax filing, IP services, etc.).
2. Cancellation by Client (Before Service Start)
Clients may request cancellation of a paid service within 7 days of payment — provided work has not yet commenced.
To cancel, clients must send a written request (email to info@buzypro.com or via contact phone +91-7448898986) stating reason for cancellation.
Upon acceptance, Buzypro will refund the full amount paid (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable) within 30 working days..
3. Cancellation / Refund after Service Commencement
Once work has begun (e.g. documentation submitted, filings initiated), services are considered “in progress.”
In such cases, no full refund will be provided; you may offer partial refund at your discretion, depending on the amount of work completed, time spent, and any third-party costs incurred (e.g. government filing fees, third-party charges).
Clients must provide a written request; Buzypro will assess and communicate the refund amount within 15 working days of receipt of request.
4. Refund on Service Delivery Failure / Errors by Buzypro
If Buzypro fails to deliver the service (despite reasonable time), or makes a material error attributable to Buzypro, client is eligible for a full refund — or alternatively, Buzypro may offer to complete the service correctly at no extra cost.
Client must notify Buzypro in writing within 30 days of the failure or error becoming apparent.
Refund (if opted) will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method / bank account.
5. Non-Refundable Items / Costs
Any government fees, third-party fees, or statutory charges paid on behalf of client (e.g. ROC fees, stamp duty, filing fees) are non-refundable, since they are payable to regulatory authorities and not Buzypro.
Processing charges, GST/HST (if applicable), and any taxes already passed on to government will not be refunded.
If the client cancels after work has begun, any non-recoverable costs (document procurement, filing fees, etc.) will be deducted from refund.
6. How to Request Cancellation / Refund

Include full name, company name (if registered), contact details, reason for cancellation/refund, and preferred refund method (bank transfer, etc.).

Buzypro will acknowledge within 5 business days and inform you of refund eligibility and amount.
7. Processing Time
Refunds (when approved) will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as per your preference.
8. Modification of Policy
BuzyPro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and communicated to clients.
