If you are still not satisfied you can raise a refund request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request within 15 to 20 working days from the receipt of all such information to process the refund and initiate the transfer but refund amount will be restricted towards the Service Value Charged by Buzypro.com and will exclude all fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, 3rd Party payments, Vendor Payments, amount spend towards resources.
Change of Service Request
If you want to change the service you ordered for a different service, you can request the same within 30 days of purchases. Change of Service Request is only possible until the original order has not been fulfilled by us yet. Amount which has been paid for fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, 3rd Party payments, Vendor Payments will be deducted from the original order amount remaining amount will be adjusted in replacement order.
Cancelation of Service Request
If you want to cancel the service you can write us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the payment made by you. All the money will be refunded without any deduction within 5 working days. But cancelation request placed after 24 hours will attract a deduction of 20% towards cancelation charges plus any fees which we had paid to government authorities, taxes, charges, challan payments, 3rd Party payments, Vendor Payments etc.
We assure you the timely completion of your service request from our side but we cannot guarantee the results when factors are beyond our control like national holidays, State holidays, Department Holidays, Our affiliates or elsewhere, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, power disruption, lack of phone network connectivity, technical failures, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, etc. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for refund.
